Babysteps in PhuD 1

Today, I took another baby step towards the inevitable PhuD.  It was a simple step really, I looked into the possibility of a Japanese PhuD.  I thought I would ask a faculty of the CoE for advise, both on getting the PhuD and getting a scholarship, and how many years I have to do in between, as well as other important things (like learning the language, for instance).

I'll just ready my list of questions and maybe a small abstract of what I want to do so that I'll be ready when I have the opportunity to interview him.
